We all know that gear pumps generally have left and right rotation. If the rotation direction is not correct, it may cause the pressure oil caused by the internal meshing of the gear to be damaged and leak oil; Another aspect is to first check if the oil inlet of the gear pump is blocked, which can also cause difficulties in oil suction.
2、 There are several main situations where the oil seal is washed out, one of which is that the rotation direction of the gear pump is incorrect; The second is that the bearings of the gear pump bear axial force; The third issue is that the gear pump is subjected to excessive radial force.
3、 One possible reason for the gear pump to burst is due to foreign objects blocking the oil outlet pipeline, causing an infinite increase in pressure; The second reason is that the pressure adjustment of the safety valve is too high and the opening and closing characteristics of the safety valve are poor, which may prevent the gear pump from receiving the necessary protection.
4、 The phenomenon of local heating in the gear pump may be due to system overload, which is mainly manifested in high pressure or speed; The second possibility is that due to poor cleanliness of the oil, internal wear intensifies, resulting in a decrease in volumetric efficiency, and the oil leaks and restrains from internal gaps, generating heat; Finally, it is also possible that the oil outlet pipe is too thin, resulting in a high oil flow rate and generating a large amount of heat.
